Accessibility Statement

What we do to keep this website and the Coneqt platform usable on a factory floor, on a phone, and with assistive technology — and what is still open.

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this website and in the Coneqt platform. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so we describe this as a target we work to rather than a certified conformance claim.

What is in place

Across this site and the product interface:

Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page and a logical heading order.
Keyboard operation for navigation, menus, accordions and forms, with visible focus styles.
ARIA labelling and expanded/collapsed state on menus and dialogs.
Text and interface colours checked against the brand palette for contrast on both the dark and light surfaces.
Fluid type and wrapping layouts, so the site works zoomed in and at narrow widths without horizontal scrolling.
A motion setting that turns off animated backgrounds, sweeps and pulses for anyone who finds them distracting.

Shop-floor specifics

Operator-facing screens are designed for gloved hands and poor light: large touch targets, high-contrast status colours, and no reliance on colour alone — machine states carry text as well as a colour.

Where a value matters, it is readable at a distance rather than only at arm’s length.

Known gaps

We are honest about what is not done yet:

No independent accessibility audit has been carried out.
The interactive dashboard previews on the product pages convey trends visually; the underlying figures are present as text, but the charts have no full data-table equivalent yet.
Screen-reader testing has been done with a limited set of tools rather than across every combination.

Reporting a problem

If any part of this site or the platform blocks you, contact us and describe the page, the task and your assistive technology. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we find, and fix defects in the normal release cycle — urgent barriers sooner.

Hit a barrier?

Tell us what you were trying to do and how you were trying to do it. We treat access defects as defects, not requests.

Start with one line. Scale to the whole network.

A two-week pilot on a single line, on your data, with your team. No rip-and-replace and no new hardware in most plants.

We use only what this site needs to work, plus aggregate traffic counts. No advertising trackers, and we do not sell audience data.
