How do textile mills monitor machine performance and energy?

Coneqt reads production and stoppage data from spinning, weaving and processing machines through an IIoT gateway on the existing controls, and meters electrical consumption at the machine rather than only at the incomer. Mills use it for availability, stoppage reasons, and energy per kilogram or per metre. Each product is ₹499–1,499 per machine per month.

In most cases yes, using current transformers at the machine feed. What is possible depends on your panel layout, which we check during scoping.

Does it handle machines with no electronic control?

Often yes — state and count can be read from sensors at the machine where no control data exists.
