Pump and plant monitoring for water and environmental facilities

Pumping stations, blowers and treatment plant — production assets that happen to move water.

How is energy per cubic metre measured at a pumping station?

By metering each pump rather than the station, and pairing consumption with flow where the instrument already reports it. Coneqt reads run state and duty rotation from the existing panel and reports kWh per cubic metre per pump, so a pump degrading against its own history is visible long before it fails. Pricing is ₹499–1,499 per machine per month.

What it reads at a station or plant

Pump run, stop and duty or standby state
kW, kWh, power factor and peak demand per pump
Energy per cubic metre where a flow signal is available
Blower and aerator run state and consumption
Reason-coded stoppages and trip events
Run hours, MTBF and MTTR per pump

What per-pump metering exposes

Duty and standby imbalance

Rotation that exists on paper and not in practice, so one pump accumulates the hours and the wear.

Pumping against a throttled valve

Full power drawn to push against a restriction. It reads as normal running on a station meter.

Energy per cubic metre drift

The number that shows a pump degrading, and the one a station-level meter can never produce.

Peak demand at start

Several pumps starting together, setting the maximum demand charge for the month.

What does it cost for 6 machines?

List pricing, nothing else. 6 machines on the Professional tier at ₹999 per machine per month, billed monthly with no lock-in. Gateway hardware, where a site needs it, is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before installation.

Worked example, excl. GST
₹5,994 / month
6 machines × ₹999 · Professional tier · ₹71,928 over twelve months
Questions

What people in this sector ask first

Do you need a flow meter for energy per cubic metre?

Yes, a flow signal has to exist to divide against. Where there is none, per-pump consumption, run hours and duty balance are still reported; energy per volume is not invented.

Can it cover remote or unmanned stations?

Where connectivity reaches the station. The edge runtime keeps recording through a dropped link and resynchronises, which matters more at remote sites than at a plant.

Is this a SCADA replacement?

No. Coneqt is a monitoring and management platform, not a control or safety system. It sits alongside SCADA and reads.
