How Coneqt Technologies handles personal data on this website, in our industrial software and in our sales and support conversations.
Last updated · 4 September 2026
Coneqt Technologies is an industrial technology company headquartered in Tamil Nadu, working with plants across India and, remotely, further afield. We build industrial IoT and digital transformation software, including Coneqt OEE, Coneqt Energy and Coneqt Maintenance.
For the personal data described in this policy, Coneqt Technologies is the data controller. Where we process machine and production data on behalf of a customer, that customer is the controller and we act as their processor.
We keep collection deliberately narrow. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:
We process personal data to respond to enquiries and demo requests, to send material you have asked for such as the architecture brief, to provide and support the software you subscribe to, to raise and settle invoices, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Where we rely on consent — marketing email, WhatsApp and SMS — that consent is separate, optional, and never a condition of receiving material you requested or support you are entitled to.
We send marketing messages only to people who have ticked the marketing consent box on one of our forms. The consent is recorded with a timestamp and the form it came from.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. For WhatsApp or SMS you can reply STOP, or write to us, and we will remove you. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect service messages about a subscription you already hold.
Production, energy and maintenance data read from your machines belongs to you. We process it to provide the service you have subscribed to and for no other purpose.
We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models for other customers, and we do not publish it or name you as a customer without your written agreement. On termination we return or delete it as instructed in your order form.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, messaging providers, and accounting — each bound to process it only on our instructions.
A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We will tell affected customers before adding a sub-processor that touches customer data.
Enquiry and marketing records are kept while the relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer account and industrial data are retained for the term of the subscription and the period set out in your order form. Invoicing records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to us and we will act on the request and confirm in writing.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, tell us first — we would rather fix it than have you escalate. You retain any right to complain to the applicable data protection authority.
This site uses only what it needs to function and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will continue to work.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting customers are communicated directly.
Reach us through the contact page. The postal address, the named contact for data requests and the grievance officer details should be confirmed before this page goes live.
Write to us and a named person will answer — data requests are not handled by an autoresponder.
A two-week pilot on a single line, on your data, with your team. No rip-and-replace and no new hardware in most plants.
We use only what this site needs to work, plus aggregate traffic counts. No advertising trackers, and we do not sell audience data.
