The terms on which Coneqt Technologies provides this website and the Coneqt industrial software subscriptions.

These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, your subscription to Coneqt OEE, Coneqt Energy and Coneqt Maintenance. Where a signed order form or master agreement conflicts with this page, that document takes precedence.
Coneqt OEE, Coneqt Energy and Coneqt Maintenance are licensed per machine, per month: ₹499 for Basic, ₹999 for Professional and ₹1,499 for Enterprise. Each product is licensed separately.
Prices shown on this website exclude applicable taxes. We do not publish annual plans, trials or discounts on this site — anything of that kind exists only if it is written into your order form.
Your tier determines the features available, as set out on the pricing page. Features marked Optional are add-ons that must be requested and confirmed. Features marked Custom require scoping and are quoted separately in writing before any work starts.
Subscriptions are billed monthly per connected machine. Adding a machine adds its licence from the date it starts sending data; removing a machine ends its licence at the end of the billing month.
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend access to the platform for accounts that remain unpaid after written notice, without deleting your data.
Where a deployment needs IIoT gateways or metering hardware, the scope, cost and ownership are quoted separately and confirmed in writing. No setup or installation charge is implied by the subscription prices on this site.
You are responsible for safe access to your equipment, for electrical and mechanical compliance at your site, and for any permissions needed from your machine builders or integrators.
You retain ownership of your production, energy and maintenance data. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.
We retain ownership of the Coneqt software, its interfaces and any improvements we make to it. Nothing in a subscription transfers our intellectual property to you.
You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, resell access without our written agreement, use it to store unlawful content, or attempt to reach data belonging to another customer. Access credentials are for named users and must not be shared.
We work to keep the platform available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Edge components are designed to keep recording when the network or cloud connection drops, and to resynchronise afterwards.
The support level attached to your tier — Standard, Priority or Dedicated — and any response targets are confirmed in your order form rather than on this page.
Each side agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This survives the end of the subscription.
The Coneqt platform is a monitoring and management tool. It is not a safety system, a protection relay or a substitute for your own operational controls, and it must not be relied on as one.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Monthly subscriptions may be ended by either side with written notice effective at the end of the billing month. On termination we will export or delete your data as instructed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu. The governing-law and jurisdiction clause should be confirmed by your legal advisers before this page goes live.
